Hemlane's Premium Listing service covers those costs through a monthly fee, giving your vacancy more exposure and helping you fill it faster.
What Is the Premium Listing Feature?
Premium Listings is an optional add-on that expands your marketing reach beyond Hemlane's standard syndication. By upgrading, your listing gains access to exclusive platform partnerships that are not included in standard packages, including enhanced placement on Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Redfin, and more.

How Much Does Premium Listings Cost?
Premium Listings is $89 per month per listing, billed monthly. On average, Premium listings generate about twice the number of leads for roughly $3 a day. Please note that Premium Listings provides 30 days of additional exposure per billing cycle. If you turn off your listing before 30 days, no refund will be provided.

How Do I Turn On Premium Listings?
Step 1: Click into the Marketing tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Select "+ Upgrade to Premium for 2x the leads."
Or, click "edit" on the bottom right of your listing, navigate to the "Advertising ON" section on the left, click [Upgrade Now].
Why Should I Pay Extra for Premium?
Every day your property sits vacant, you are losing money. For most rentals that adds up to more than $50 per day. Premium Listings increases your exposure to prospective tenants, helping you turn over your vacancy faster. Enhanced listings are a common practice among professional property managers for exactly this reason.
What About Facebook Marketplace?
Facebook Marketplace does not currently offer an API integration, which is required for Hemlane to syndicate listings there. If that changes, it is something we would definitely look to explore.
