Hemlane provides a monthly summary email to all owner and property manager accounts that are opted in, covering their properties and recent activity. Monthly summary emails are sent on the last day of the month, once payments have processed. Below is what the monthly update contains.
What Is Included in the Monthly Summary?

Financials
- Income by property
- Expenses by category
- Net cash flow for the month, showing amounts requested, paid, and due

Vacant or Advertised Rentals
- Status updates on vacant or advertised rentals, including the top five listings with the most applicants

Tenant Activity
- Recent move-ins, move-outs, and month-to-month conversions, with tenant names and dates

Maintenance Activity
- Status updates on currently open or recently updated requests, including category, title, status, and last activity
