After you have leased a property, there are a few things you will want to do. First, stop advertising the property. Second, archive any inquiries or applicants from your Prospective Tenants tab.
To Remove and Notify Prospective Tenants That a Property Is Leased
Step 1: Select the Prospective Tenants tab.
Step 2: Click More Actions and select Archive.
Step 3: Choose whether you would like to archive all applicants within the group or just a single applicant. You can also choose to alert the applicant of the rejection before confirming.
These prospective tenants and their contact information will still be listed in Hemlane under the Archived column and can be retrieved at any time.
Please note that if a prospective tenant is a lead, meaning they inquired about or saw the property but never applied, they will not receive an email. If they are an applicant, they will receive a standard notification that their application is no longer being considered, provided you choose to notify them.
