Hemlane allows you to log in using your email address and password, or through your existing Google or Facebook account. Below are the steps for each option.
Logging In With Google, Facebook, or Apple
Step 1: Navigate to Hemlane on your preferred browser and device.
Step 2: Click Log In in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click the Google, Facebook, or Apple button to instantly log in with that account.
Please note that the email address on file with Hemlane must match the email address associated with your Google or Facebook account in order to use this option.
Logging In With Your Email Address
Step 1: Navigate to Hemlane on your preferred browser and device.
Step 2: Click Log In in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your email address and password in the fields provided, then click Sign In.
What If I Forgot My Password?
If you have lost or forgotten your login information, click the Forgot My Password link found in the login window. A reset link will be sent to your account's email address instantly, where you can create a new password for your Hemlane account.
