Hemlane is currently available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. You can use the platform end-to-end, from advertising rentals to requesting online payments. Please note that a U.S. bank account is required for rent collection.
U.S. Territories
At this time, Hemlane does not support the following U.S. territories:
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
This is due to a number of factors including mapping limitations. We hope to expand support to these territories in the future, so please check back with us.
Hemlane Is Not Available Outside of the U.S.
Hemlane is unable to support rental properties in other countries due to limitations around listing syndication, online rent collection, and maintenance coordination. If you own properties outside of the U.S. and are looking for property management software, we recommend exploring landlordstudio.com, which caters to landlords with international properties.
Please note that Hemlane does allow you to manage U.S. rental properties from anywhere in the world. As long as you have a U.S. bank account, rent can be sent to you regardless of where you are located.
