When adding a bank account in Hemlane, you will typically connect instantly using Plaid. Most major banks and credit unions are available through a direct search.
However, some smaller or regional financial institutions may not appear right away when searching by name. If your bank does not show up, there is still a way to connect it securely using Plaid.
If your financial institution is not listed, enter “CB2GO” in the Plaid search bar to proceed with connecting your account.
You will log in using the same credentials you use for your bank’s online banking portal. Plaid will securely verify your account ownership.
Once authenticated, your account will connect just like any other Plaid-linked institution.
