Hemlane allows customers to change their subscription package at any time, but certain updates depend on your role and where you make the change in your account.
Only bill-to users can update the subscription package
The bill-to user is the person responsible for paying the Hemlane subscription. Only the bill-to user can update subscription details. Invited users (those added as Team Members to help manage properties but not paying for the subscription) do not have permissions to archive or delete properties, since these actions directly affect billing.
To reduce the number of units you have
The Subscriptions page shows an overview of your active units. To reduce this number, you must go to the Properties tab and archive or delete units there.

To change the package (Basic, Essential, or Complete)
The Subscriptions page also shows an overview of your current package (Basic, Essential, or Complete). To change a property’s package type, navigate to the Properties tab and adjust the subscription package at the property level.
