Hemlane is flexible when it comes to turning on and off properties on the upgraded packages. If you are leaving for a vacation and need to upgrade to have Hemlane coordinate maintenance requests, a few simple things you need to know:

Confirm you are on a monthly subscription plan:
You will want to confirm you are on a monthly subscription plan so the changes made to your subscription would be charged monthly (and credited monthly).
If you are on an annual subscription and upgrade your package, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the annual invoice for the upgraded package, at the annual pricing (meaning you are charged for an entire year of the upgrade). To check the billing cycle you are on:
Step 1: Select the Subscriptions tab in the top right hand corner when you hover over your name
Step 2: Your subscription will show if you are on annual or monthly billing cycles:
Confirm you have completed maintenance onboarding:
You will want to confirm that you have all the necessary maintenance information added to your properties in order for us to coordinate maintenance requests for you. Please navigate to your Tasks tab in order to complete any outstanding maintenance onboarding.
