You are able to view who is attending your showings in two different places, the Marketing tab and the Prospective Tenant tab.
How to view this in the Marketing tab:
Step 1: Select the Marketing tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Filter for the property at the top of the screen or select the property by clicking "edit".
Step 3: Select the "Showings" section.
Step 4: Click View on the showing block that shows you have an attendee confirmed.
Step 5: You can then view the attendees for this showing time.
How to view this in the Prospective Tenant tab:
Step 1: Select the Prospective Tenant tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: You can view any scheduled showings detail on any group.
Prospective tenants will also receive notifications regarding their scheduled showings. They will receive an email and text notification when they have scheduled a showing as well as a reminder before the scheduled time.
