You can view showing attendees in two places within Hemlane: the Marketing tab and the Prospective Tenants tab.
How to View Attendees in the Marketing Tab
Step 1: Select the Marketing tab on the left-hand main menu.
Step 2: Filter for the property at the top of the screen or select it by clicking Edit.
Step 3: Select the Showings section.
Step 4: Click View on the showing block that indicates you have a confirmed attendee.
Step 5: You can then view the full list of attendees for that showing time.
How to View Attendees in the Prospective Tenants Tab
Step 1: Select the Prospective Tenants tab on the left-hand main menu.
Step 2: Scheduled showing details are visible directly on any prospective tenant group.
Please note that prospective tenants will automatically receive email and text notifications when they schedule a showing, as well as a reminder before the scheduled time.
