Why Offer Self-Guided Tours?
We understand the importance of convenience and flexibility when it comes to viewing rental properties. Research by Hemlane indicates that at least half of single-family residential property managers now offer self-guided tours for some or all of their properties.
When Self-Guided Tours May Not Be a Fit
Self-guided tours may not be suitable for every rental property. Certain HOAs have rules against using lockboxes. Tours may also not be feasible for properties such as high-rise condos or large residential communities with exterior doors or gates that require key fobs.
