What Is the Cost of the Lockbox?
The lockbox is a one-time $100 purchase, which is non-refundable. Once purchased, you can use the lockbox for future Tenant Placement+ services or any other access needs at your property.
Can I Use My Own Lockbox?
At this time, Hemlane's API to change lockbox access codes for each showing is only compatible with Codebox. Codebox is a commercial lockbox provider also affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®. We have tested other providers and found Codebox to be the most reliable option.
Do I Have to Pay to Ship the Lockbox?
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard shipment (5 to 7 business days): $0 — Hemlane covers the cost of standard shipping
- Expedited shipment (2 to 3 business days): $50
