Hemlane allows you to customize the settings on your rental listing, such as enabling automated responses or removing the Apply Now button. See the steps below for how to update your listing settings.

How do I adjust the settings for automated responses?
Hemlane can help you minimize the number of emails and calls you receive from tenants using our auto-response feature. To turn on automated responses, please:
Step 1: Select the Marketing tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Filter for the property at the top of the screen or select the property by clicking "edit".
Step 3: Select the Settings tab from the left side quick links menu.
Step 4: Toggle the Auto Response Settings to Yes or No.

How do I adjust the settings for contact options on my listing?
Step 1: Select the Marketing tab on the left side main menu.
Step 2: Filter for the property at the top of the screen or select the property by clicking "edit".
Step 3: Select the gear icon towards the upper right of your screen.
Step 4: Choose the setting options you wish to see on your listing and save the changes
