Information for agents and managers who are referred to provide leasing services for Hemlane clients.
Hemlane provides property managers and owners with all of the tools and automation to manage their rental properties. We also provide a 24/7 repair coordination team for in tenancy repairs. In many cases, especially for out-of-state investors, more assistance is needed from a local, licensed professional.
Hemlane’s Agent Partnerships team works with clients to match them with local agents/managers that can provide them with the services they need. And, we do not charge any marketing or referral fees, as we strive to work with the best leasing agents to find and place a tenant. Hemlane earns money from the rental property subscription, as all properties matched with a leasing agent are on the Complete package.
What do leasing requests typically entail?
Most turnover requests are full leasing (i.e., tenant placement). This can include:
- Move in and out inspections
- Property showings
- Rental price analysis based on local knowledge
- Lease preparation (if you'd prefer for someone else to do this)
- Turnover repair coordination between tenants
- Annual inspections

What if I also provide property management services?
If Hemlane customers decide to move ahead with property management partners for more full service management, Hemlane can support the transfer of the billing for the property, on the Complete package (see pricing and package details here). Please note that the property remains on that Complete package, as we do not charge any referral or marketing fees for that connection.
